Just saw a 5" Android tablet being sold as a digital music player. And I still don't understand why would someone buy something like this instead of a smartphone...
Hmm, not all people understand the "Smartphone approach". In some countries ppl are more about "appliances". Like it is often saId about USA guys that they like gadgets, but one gadget per purpose (like some device for email reading).
Others are no "Early Adopters", so this is selling them a concept by giving them something they (already) understand (like a "music player aka mp3 player").
Sorry, misread this totally. Can't see the point in tablets. Except chocolate "tablets". :P But some geeks/technophiles with a lot of money will prefer to have all sorts of gadgets around. I'm not very fond of the everything-in-one approach.
